POLICY

7-Day Satisfaction Policy. If STRUCTURA CORE does not perform as described on our sales page within 7 days of your access being granted, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. We believe in the quality of the product and stand behind it.
Eligibility for Refund
A full refund is available if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your TradingView access being granted
- You have genuinely attempted to use the Indicator on your account (at least one trading session)
- The Indicator fails to function as described on our sales page, or you are materially dissatisfied with the product for a documented reason
- Your TradingView invite code has not been shared with or used by any other account
What Is Not Refundable
No Refund Situations:
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after access was granted
- Dissatisfaction with trading results — STRUCTURA CORE is a statistical analysis tool, not a guaranteed profit system
- If your invite code has been shared, transferred, or used on another TradingView account
- Network transaction fees (gas fees) paid to send USDT — these are irreversible by nature
- Requests for partial refunds or credit
- If you provided an incorrect TradingView username and access was issued to that username
How to Request a Refund

Contact Support
Email the support address provided in your order confirmation. Use the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Reference]".

Include Required Information
Provide your: order reference number, TradingView username, email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue you experienced.

Revocation of Access
Upon approval of your refund, your TradingView access will be revoked. You will no longer be able to use the Indicator.

Refund Payment
Approved refunds are returned in USDT to the wallet address you send us. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. We cannot reverse crypto transactions — the USDT is sent to your provided wallet address.
Important Notes on Crypto Refunds
Because all payments and refunds are made in USDT cryptocurrency:
- You must provide a valid USDT wallet address to receive your refund
- Network transaction fees for the refund transfer are deducted from the refund amount (typically $1–5 depending on network)
- We are not responsible for errors in wallet addresses you provide for refunds
- The USDT exchange rate at time of refund may differ from the time of purchase — we refund the exact USDT amount paid ($49)
Chargebacks & Disputes
USDT transactions on blockchain networks are final and irreversible. There is no chargeback mechanism for cryptocurrency payments. If you have a dispute, contact us directly through support. We are committed to fair resolution within the terms described in this policy.
